How to Achieve a Frizz Free Summer!

Treatment begins with our express blowout including a pre-treatment clarifying shampoo to wash away impurities, color residues, and open the hair cuticles. Hair is then dried almost 70% and Keratin lotion is applied to hair. Keratin is then allowed to be absorbed in the hair and after time, the hair is dried again. Using a flat iron, Keratin is then infused again into the hair shaft. The whole process takes 1- 1.5 hours depending on the hair length, and texture.

The treatment is allowed to remain on hair for 24 hours. During the 24 hours use of hair clips, pins, hairbands, tying hair in to pony tails should be avoided. After 24 hair is shampooed with special  Keratin shampoo and conditioner.  Water is off limits for for 8 hours, but in case your hair gets wet , we advise immediate blow dry and use of flat iron.
 
Keratin treatments usually last 6 - 12 weeks depending on the post care. Be sure to use a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner to maintain silky smooth hair. Ask us about our deep conditioning treatments in between treatments to prolong your results. 

Keratin treatments can be done on chemically treated and relaxed hair. However if you would like to color your hair, we recommend you do it prior to the Keratin treatment. Hair can be colored 2 weeks after the treatment
 
Relaxers work on breaking and rearranging the internal bonds of the hair. Once this process is done hair is smoothed.  It looks amazing at the start, but as the hair begins to grow the new growth is curly, the same as prior to the treatment.  Keratin treatments smooth hair naturally, and do not break hair bonds.
